The Opportunity
We're looking for a Developer Team Lead to combine hands-on software development with technical leadership and mentoring.
You’ll work across full-stack Microsoft and web technologies, helping design and deliver scalable solutions while developing your understanding of investment management and working closely with high-profile clients.

- Design and architect scalable, maintainable and high-performance software solutions
- Contribute to full-stack development across front end and middleware
- Apply strong coding, testing and version-control practices
- Deliver software projects and solutions for investment management clients
- Analyse complex problems and break them down into logical, practical solutions
- Build knowledge of investment management and the wider investment banking environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Set objectives, tasks and deadlines to ensure successful delivery

- Strong software development and problem-solving ability
- Experience with C#, ADO. NET and ASP. NET (Web API/Web Services)
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL

- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to lead, mentor and support other developers
