A global technology organisation is looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Services Specialist to support enterprise customers across software deployment, migrations, and platform adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead enterprise software deployment and migration projects
  • Act as the subject matter expert for platform administration and identity management
  • Support customers with SSO, Active Directory, user provisioning, and licensing
  • Deliver technical workshops, enablement sessions, and best practice guidance
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account teams to identify risks and improve adoption
  • Build trusted relationships with IT teams and senior business stakeholders
  • Analyse customer environments and provide recommendations for optimisation

What They’re Looking For

  • Fluent German and English
  • 5+ years' experience within Customer Success, Technical Support, Professional Services or IT Asset Management
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS administration, SSO, Active Directory, and user management
  • Experience leading complex software deployments or migration projects
  • Understanding of software licensing and Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, Flexera or similar platforms
  • Exposure to enterprise security or digital maturity programmes
  • Experience supporting large global enterprise customers
