The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, the Communications Manager will play a key role in developing and delivering communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, enhance brand positioning, and support business growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across the UK and wider European business, creating compelling messaging and ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies
  • Create engaging content across digital, social, leadership and corporate communications
  • Support brand positioning and employer branding initiatives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to craft impactful messaging
  • Manage communication plans for business transformation and change initiatives
  • Coordinate PR, thought leadership and marketing communications activity
  • Drive employee engagement campaigns and internal communications programmes
  • Monitor communication performance and provide insights/recommendations

About You

  • Proven experience within a Communications Manager or Senior Communications role
  • Strong background across both internal and external communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within consulting, professional services, technology, or financial services environments is highly advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
