This company delivers a fully integrated platform combining software and hardware to power customer experiences, operations, and revenue across live venues, hospitality groups, and entertainment operators. Their clients range from independent operators to multi-site brands.
The Role
This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for driving commercial strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth.
You will play a key role in:
- Identifying and executing strategic partnerships
- Unlocking new revenue streams
- Scaling go-to-market initiatives across the UK and beyond
You'll work closely with the CEO, product, and sales teams to position the business as a leading provider of integrated SaaS + hardware solutions in hospitality and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy
- Define and execute the commercial growth strategy across key verticals (hospitality, leisure, live entertainment)
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and routes to market
- Own pricing strategy across both software subscriptions and hardware deployments
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Build and manage strategic partnerships (e.g. hospitality groups, venue operators, payment providers, integrators)
- Develop channel partnerships and reseller agreements
- Identify opportunities to embed the platform within broader hospitality tech stacks
Revenue Growth
- Drive expansion across enterprise and multi-site customers
- Collaborate with sales leadership to accelerate pipeline and deal conversion
- Lead strategic enterprise deals and partnership-led revenue initiatives
Cross-functional Leadership
- Partner with product teams to align commercial priorities with roadmap development
- Provide market feedback and insight from customers and partners
- Influence brand positioning and go-to-market messaging
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Proven experience in a commercial leadership or partnerships role
- Strong background working within SaaS businesses
- Experience with hardware-enabled or integrated (SaaS + physical product) solutions highly desirable
- Deep understanding of the hospitality, leisure, or entertainment sectors

- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Expertise in building and scaling partnerships and ecosystems
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on level
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
