We are partnering with a fast-paced, customer-led hospitality business looking to appoint an experienced Learning & Development Manager to help shape and elevate capability across the organisation. This is a highly visible role, working closely with operational and people leaders to build engaging learning experiences that support performance, leadership development, and long-term career progression across both head office and frontline teams.

The environment is dynamic, commercial, and people-centric, with a strong focus on culture, service excellence, and scalable growth. You will take ownership of the L&D agenda across the business, designing and delivering learning initiatives that improve capability, engagement, and operational performance.

  • Supporting onboarding and operational training initiatives across multi-site teams
  • Supporting digital learning initiatives and LMS optimisation
  • Using learning data and feedback to measure impact and continuous improvement

Previous Learning & Development experience within hospitality, retail, leisure, or similarly fast-paced customer-facing environments is required, along with a strong understanding of operational businesses and frontline capability building.
