We're partnering with a well-established, global organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing in-house recruitment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing proactive sourcing with genuine stakeholder partnering. You'll work closely with hiring managers across a diverse corporate population, taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment while helping shape hiring strategies and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on the most effective recruitment approach.
  • Proactively source high-quality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer.
  • Work alongside HR and business leaders to improve recruitment processes and market insight.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment projects where required.
  • Utilise recruitment data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.

About You

  • Previous experience in either an in-house Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment role.
  • Strong direct sourcing capability and confidence identifying passive candidates.
  • Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders and providing recruitment advice.
  • Commercially minded, organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms is advantageous.
