We are partnering with a cutting-edge global technology business operating at the forefront of innovation, connectivity and next-generation technology. With a highly international footprint and a genuinely exciting technology agenda, this is a business where the People function is evolving alongside the organisation. We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join the team in a broad, operational role supporting leaders and employees across the business. This is not a traditional HRBP role. You will be close to the day-to-day people agenda, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point for the business, while also playing an important role in the organisation's transition towards a more self-service, digitally enabled People model. Acting as a trusted generalist People Partner and escalation point, providing advice and support where managers or employees need additional guidance. Supporting leaders with employee relations, performance, organisational change, workforce planning, talent and other day-to-day people matters. Helping managers take greater ownership of people activity through a self-service model, while providing support where issues require more experienced HR intervention. Supporting the implementation and adoption of new People processes, technology and ways of working. Working closely with Centres of Expertise and wider People teams, ensuring specialist support is brought in where appropriate. Using people data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities across your business areas. Supporting wider People transformation and organisational change initiatives. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring the People function is seen as a credible, commercially minded partner to the business. Strong experience in a People Partner, HRBP or equivalent generalist role. A solid grounding across the generalist HR agenda, with particular strength in employee relations and manager advisory support. Experience working within a self-service, shared services or digitally enabled HR operating model. Experience helping managers adapt to new ways of working and take greater ownership of people processes. The judgement and confidence to act as an escalation point when issues require a more experienced People Partner. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with leaders at different levels. The ability to operate effectively in an organisation undergoing ongoing transformation and change. 2 days per week in the London office
