You'll become a trusted partner to a highly visible executive, helping them navigate a complex, fast-moving business undergoing significant transformation. The successful candidate will bring confidence, commercial awareness and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, meetings and executive events
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
- This role is suited to an Executive Assistant who sees themselves as a genuine business partner rather than an administrator.
- Building a trusted relationship with a senior executive is fundamental, and you'll be confident anticipating needs, managing competing priorities and acting as an extension of the executive you support.
- A track record of building trusted, one-to-one relationships with senior leaders, becoming a valued advisor and sounding board
- Strong commercial awareness, excellent judgement and complete discretion when handling confidential information
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
