We are partnering with a growing hospitality business looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment activity across the organisation during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This is a high-impact role, working closely with operational and corporate stakeholders to improve hiring capability, strengthen recruitment processes, and build scalable talent strategies across both frontline and head office populations.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function, partnering with senior leaders to attract and secure high-quality talent across multiple business areas.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate functions

- Building proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and specialist hiring

Proven Talent Acquisition experience within hospitality, retail, leisure, or similarly fast-moving environments.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
Experience managing high-volume recruitment alongside specialist hiring.
Strong understanding of recruitment data, market mapping, and sourcing strategies.
Experience improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
