Overview

We are working with a business going through a significant Workday and Cloudpay integration programme and are looking for an experienced interim Workday Integration Lead to join the team. This is a hands on technical role for someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable working across multiple systems in a fast moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration workstream between Workday and Cloudpay, ensuring a seamless and compliant connection between the two platforms
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to design, build and test integrations
  • Manage and resolve integration issues and defects throughout the programme lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll and IT to align on requirements and priorities
  • Maintain integration documentation and ensure governance standards are met throughout

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven hands on experience leading Workday integrations, ideally within a payroll integration context
  • Experience working with Cloudpay or a similar third party payroll provider would be a real advantage
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced programme environment with multiple workstreams running simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and able to communicate clearly across technical and non technical teams
  • Someone proactive and solutions focused who does not need a lot of hand holding
