We are looking for a Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Manager to help strengthen organisational resilience and ensure the business can respond effectively to operational disruptions. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of business continuity frameworks, coordinate crisis response activities, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to embed resilience best practices.
You will also oversee continuity plan reviews, testing programmes, and training to ensure preparedness across key business functions. We are keen to speak with professionals who have strong BCM and operational resilience experience, knowledge of ISO 22301, and relevant certifications such as BCM or CORP. Experience with ServiceNow BCM or Operational Resilience modules would be beneficial.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to influence across teams are essential. Experience within professional services environments is a plus.
