Base pay range

Prestigious Infrastructure company is looking for a Benefits Manager to design, implement, and manage our employee benefits programmes. You\’ll ensure our clients\’ benefits align with their reward strategy, enhance the employee experience, and remain competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and recommend benefit options to stakeholders
  • Design and manage health, pension, and well-being programmes
  • Ensure compliance with company objectives and legislation
  • Drive employee engagement through effective communication
  • Oversee vendor relationships and benefit renewals
  • Analyse data to optimise benefit offerings

About You:

  • Experience in benefits and pensions (DC pension plans essential)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Oracle HR system (preferred)
  • CIPD or relevant professional qualification
