Prestigious Infrastructure company is looking for a Benefits Manager to design, implement, and manage our employee benefits programmes. You’ll ensure our clients’ benefits align with their reward strategy, enhance the employee experience, and remain competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend benefit options to stakeholders
- Design and manage health, pension, and well-being programmes
- Ensure compliance with company objectives and legislation
- Drive employee engagement through effective communication
- Oversee vendor relationships and benefit renewals
- Analyse data to optimise benefit offerings
About You:
- Experience in benefits and pensions (DC pension plans essential)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Oracle HR system (preferred)
- CIPD or relevant professional qualification
