Prestigious Infrastructure company is looking for a Benefits Manager to design, implement, and manage our employee benefits programmes. You’ll ensure our clients’ benefits align with their reward strategy, enhance the employee experience, and remain competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and recommend benefit options to stakeholders
  2. Design and manage health, pension, and well-being programmes
  3. Ensure compliance with company objectives and legislation
  4. Drive employee engagement through effective communication
  5. Oversee vendor relationships and benefit renewals
  6. Analyse data to optimise benefit offerings

About You:

  1. Experience in benefits and pensions (DC pension plans essential)
  2. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  4. Knowledge of Oracle HR system (preferred)
  5. CIPD or relevant professional qualification
