Annapurna are working in partnership with a London-based startup whose solution enables companies of all sizes to improve the wellbeing of their employees. As the business has established successful partnerships with industry leaders spanning Financial Technology, Transportation, and Retail, they are now searching for an Account Executive who will play a critical role in expanding their customer base (focused on small and medium enterprises).
Working closely with the founding team, key requirements for this role include:
- a track record of meeting B2B sales targets, ideally selling into small and medium-sized customers
- a passion for running sales processes full-cycle, from prospecting through to close
- experience selling into the HR function (HR Director, VP People, CHRO...) would be a bonus, but not essential
- comfortable operating in an early-stage, startup environment and helping to establish processes and systems on the fly
- able to work primarily 'in-office' in a Central London HQ
