A global professional services organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Learning & Development professional on a 12-month FTC to support a broad people and capability agenda across a complex, fast-paced environment. This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with senior business leaders and wider People teams to help shape and deliver strategic learning initiatives across the organisation. The remit sits well beyond coordination; the business is looking for someone able to influence stakeholders, drive engagement, and help improve organisational capability at scale.
The environment is collaborative, commercial, and evolving quickly, particularly around digital capability and the use of AI within the workforce. The organisation is investing heavily in future skills, innovation, and how learning can better support business performance.
