ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN MANAGER | £70K | FTC 6 MONTHS

A leading, complex UK organisation is looking for an experienced Organisational Design Manager to join on a fixed-term basis and make an immediate impact.

Working closely with the HRBP team, you'll lead high-profile Organisational Design, Organisation Development and Ways of Working initiatives across the business.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Leading Organisational Design projects from shaping through to implementation
  • Defining how effective business partnering should work
  • Supporting Organisation Health activity, including Org Chats and shadowing
  • Driving Ways of Working / Transformation across Corporate Functions
  • Supporting TOM, decision-making and governance discussions
  • Embedding new ways of working into BAU

We’re looking for:

  • Around 5 years' experience in Organisational Design, Organisation Development and/or Organisation Change
  • Experience within a large corporate or consultancy environment
  • Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven Organisational Design experience is highly desirable
