We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner supporting a Corporate Banking population. This is a highly visible role, partnering senior leaders across a complex, commercially driven business and helping shape the people agenda during a period of growth and transformation.
Working as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership teams, you'll play a key role in translating business strategy into people outcomes, driving organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, talent management and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner senior leaders across Corporate Banking to deliver strategic people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives to ensure the business is equipped for future growth.
- Drive talent and succession planning activity, identifying and developing critical talent pipelines.
- Coach and influence senior stakeholders on leadership, performance, engagement and culture.
- Support business transformation, change and restructuring programmes where required.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, challenge thinking and support decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Centres of Excellence including Talent, Reward, Learning and Employee Relations to deliver a joined-up people strategy.
- Champion a high-performance culture focused on accountability, development and inclusion.
- Proven experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner within Financial Services, Banking or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Experience partnering senior executives and influencing at Director and Managing Director level.
- Strong organisational design, workforce planning and change management capability.
- Demonstrable experience leading talent, succession and leadership development initiatives.
- Confident using data and insights to support recommendations and challenge stakeholders constructively.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the credibility to operate at senior levels across the organisation.
