We're partnering with a well-established international organisation to appoint a Reward Partner into a high-performing Group Reward team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced reward professional who enjoys balancing strategic projects with operational delivery. You'll work across compensation, benefits and reward programmes, partnering with senior HR and business leaders to ensure reward practices are commercially sound, competitive and aligned with organisational objectives. The role supports the development and delivery of reward frameworks across multiple international locations.
The Role
- Working closely with the senior reward leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation's reward agenda.
- You'll provide expert advice to stakeholders, lead reward initiatives, analyse market data and ensure reward programmes are governed effectively.
- You'll have the opportunity to influence a broad range of activity including:
- Partnering with HR and business leaders on reward-related decisions and policy.
- Managing international benefits programmes and annual renewals with external providers.
- Supporting salary benchmarking, pay reviews and reward framework development.
- Advising on complex compensation matters, including executive and critical talent reward.
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent and competitive offer positioning.
- Producing insightful reward analytics and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Driving strong governance, compliance and data quality across reward processes.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical reward expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll likely bring:
- Significant experience across Compensation & Benefits within a complex, international organisation.
- Strong knowledge of salary structures, benchmarking, incentive programmes and reward governance.
- Experience supporting reward activity across multiple countries.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance employee experience alongside business objectives.
- Confidence using Excel and reward data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
- The ability to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making through data and expertise.
