We are partnering with a prestigious international business to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner (Lead) for their London office.

The Role
Based in central London, you will act as the lead HR partner for a specialist business unit of approximately 100 employees across commercial, customer service, marketing, and shared services functions.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will provide strategic and operational HR support to senior stakeholders while partnering with international HR teams and Centres of Excellence.
Key responsibilities include
- Acting as the trusted HR advisor to local leadership teams.
- Supporting post-acquisition integration and organisational alignment projects.
- Leading work around contract harmonisation, benefits alignment, and policy integration.
- Driving employee relations, performance management, and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
- Partnering with central teams across recruitment, on-boarding, L&D, and reward.
- Ensuring HR practices align with wider group strategy while meeting local business needs.
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded HR professional who is confident operating independently and influencing senior stakeholders.
You will ideally bring
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Manager.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting organisational change, acquisitions, or integration projects.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
- The confidence to balance strategic partnering with hands-on delivery when needed.
- Experience within hospitality, travel, luxury, or international matrix organisations would be advantageous but is not essential.
