The role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, shape people strategy locally, and lead complex organisational alignment initiatives following a recent acquisition.

Based in central London, you will act as the lead HR partner for a specialist business unit of approximately 100 employees across commercial, customer service, marketing, and shared services functions. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will provide strategic and operational HR support to senior stakeholders while partnering with international HR teams and Centres of Excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the trusted HR advisor to local leadership teams.
  • Supporting post-acquisition integration and organisational alignment projects.
  • Leading work around contract harmonisation, benefits alignment, and policy integration.
  • Driving employee relations, performance management, and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Partnering with central teams across recruitment, on-boarding, L&D, and reward.
  • Ensuring HR practices align with wider group strategy while meeting local business needs.

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded HR professional who is confident operating independently and influencing senior stakeholders. You will ideally bring:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Manager.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, acquisitions, or integration projects.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
  • The confidence to balance strategic partnering with hands-on delivery when needed.
  • Experience within hospitality, travel, luxury, or international matrix organisations would be advantageous but is not essential.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile international business in a visible standalone HR leadership role, offering:

  • A strategic business partnering remit with direct exposure to senior leadership.
  • Involvement in meaningful transformation and integration work.
  • A collaborative international HR environment with strong central support.
  • A modern hybrid working pattern: 4 days in the London office.
