A well-established systems integrator operating in the UK public and regulated enterprise space is expanding its Oracle delivery team to support a growing pipeline of Oracle HCM-focused client work. This vacancy has been created to support a portfolio of UK-based Oracle E-Business Suite HCM programmes. The role is delivery-focused rather than advisory, with an emphasis on hands-on functional ownership rather than programme management. It is aimed at candidates with practical experience of configuration and implementation across the EBS HCM suite, supporting change delivery from requirements through to go-live.
Key duties:
- Hands-on functional configuration and delivery across EBS HCM modules
- Requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and documentation
- Supporting UAT, testing and go-live activities
- Working alongside technical teams to support integrations, data migration and reporting
- Providing BAU support and contributing to enhancement work
- Engaging with stakeholders in structured and regulated environments
Candidates must have demonstrable hands-on functional experience with Oracle EBS HCM, with depth in one or more of Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or Performance Management. Experience across implementation, upgrade and/or support programmes is essential, along with comfort operating in structured delivery environments such as systems integrators or public sector organisations. This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience sits primarily in ERP, SCM, Finance or non-HCM Oracle modules. While any exposure to Cloud or Fusion is welcomed, this is not a Cloud-focused position. Programme management, PMO or strategy-only backgrounds will not be a fit.
This position offers a competitive salary in the range of £75,000 to £95,000 depending on experience. Seniority within the band will be aligned to depth of EBS HCM experience rather than job title. The role provides the opportunity to contribute to high-impact UK programmes, with a stable and long-term pipeline of work in the Oracle space. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
