We are supporting a global business operating across more than 40 countries with approximately 6,000 employees worldwide. The organisation is entering an exciting transformation phase following a major carve-out.
This role will play a critical leadership position within the global Total Rewards function, partnering closely with senior executives, HR leadership and ownership stakeholders to design, govern and evolve compensation and executive reward frameworks globally. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, executive presence and strong technical expertise across compensation, executive reward and mobility.
Key Responsibilities- Global Compensation Leadership
- Lead the global compensation agenda across all regions.
- Oversee annual compensation cycles, salary structures and market benchmarking activities.
- Support the evolution of bonus, incentive and long-term incentive frameworks.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic reward design aligned to business objectives.
- Provide oversight across broad-based compensation and sales incentive programmes globally.
- Executive Reward & Governance
- Support executive reward design for senior leadership populations.
- Prepare materials and recommendations for executive and board-level governance discussions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across ownership groups, HR and leadership teams.
- Contribute to governance processes relating to executive compensation and reward policy.
- Global Mobility Oversight
- Provide strategic oversight of international mobility programmes.
- Manage relationships with external mobility and tax providers.
- Ensure globally consistent and commercially effective mobility governance.
- Regional Total Rewards Leadership
- Act as Total Rewards lead for the UK headquarters population.
- Partner with HR leadership and business leaders on reward matters across the region.
- Support organisational change, transformation and integration activities.
- Experience
- Significant experience within Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards leadership roles.
- Strong expertise across compensation strategy and programme management.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and executive populations.
- Exposure to governance, board or executive committee environments advantageous.
- International or multi-country experience preferred.
