About The Role
Developing the audiences based on all the platforms and data available and interrogating data sources to derive insight to support the creation of the audiences, as well as curating insights from the local markets.
Providing the information required to enable the definition of targetable audience groups from the initial segment definitions. This role will be part of a team of audience insights specialists that play a crucial role in understanding audience behavior and preferences. As experts in consumer data, analysis, and DSPs – we gather valuable insights to help our clients make informed decisions and develop effective marketing strategies, utilizing the industry’s most robust dataset in Omnicom’s proprietary platform – Omni.
We’re looking for curious colleagues, who enjoy learning more about data, insights tools, and meeting the ever-changing needs of the industry.
- Insight development and curation to support campaign strategy, audience development and validate targeting, using a variety of tools.
- Audience development within digital channels, primarily programmatic, to include feature expansion, selection, model creation.
- Audience activation, including testing of audience implementation and troubleshooting across various regions and markets.
- Working within programmatic media with some broader digital activity.
- Ongoing Optimisation, evaluation and reporting of segment performance.
- Day-to-day account support including liaising with local markets on upcoming programmatic campaigns, digital implementation, and reporting.
- Supporting local markets on global campaign launches and ad hoc requests, acting as the bridge between internal specialist teams and local teams.
- Manage weekly/monthly calls with regional activation hubs for updates and status of current live activity and upcoming campaign launches.
- Proactively knowledge share across internal teams and global hubs.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
- Strong with numbers and spreadsheets (advanced functions).
- Be able to create insights from various data sources including off and online data sets.
- Experienced in some statistical methodologies such as; Data preparation, Exploratory data analysis / insight creation, sample weighting etc.
- Familiar with audience creation platforms for media targeting.
- Familiarity with media, marketing, and/or analytics.
- Ability to build relationships with key local & international teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Energetic, positive person who is a good communicator and keen to learn more about digital media.
- Good at working in close teams, able to multitask, keen to learn and have good eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills as applied through an ability to manage multiple projects independently.
