After 6 wonderful years at Annafield, I’ll shortly be heading off on maternity leave and, although it’s not easy leaving the nest, it does mean we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join this brilliant team as a Sales Progressor. Based in our St. Neots office, this role is integral to our sales operation, ensuring property sales progress smoothly from offer agreed through to exchange and completion.
Role details
- Reports to: Director
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
- Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary dependent on experience, plus commission. 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and all parties within the chain
- Instructing solicitors and completing property information
- Following up and managing enquiries
- Chasing exchange of contracts
- Progressing sales from offer agreed to completion with clear and prompt communication
- Providing excellent customer service throughout
- Supporting buyers with any additional actions required during the sales process
Qualifications
- Experienced in Estate Agency Sales
- Confident with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable dealing with clients by phone and email
- Strong attention to detail
