A family-owned small luxury hotel collection in the Cotswolds are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who is passionate about the finest standards to work in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Being part of a hardworking and organised team working with top-of-the-range equipment
- Setting up the kitchen prior to the restaurant opening for service

- Cleaning and sanitising the kitchen before the restaurant closes
Requirements:
