A luxury watch boutique are seeking an extremely well-presented Showroom Host with exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming and professional environment for high-net-worth customers.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers and visitors upon entering the boutique
  • Offer and provide customers with hot and cold refreshments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
  • Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate Sales Consultant
  • Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with refreshments
  • Take part in events and provide support for in-store promotions
  • Administrative duties, including managing the database and responding to emails
