Job Description
A luxury watch boutique are seeking an extremely well-presented Showroom Host with exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming and professional environment for high-net-worth customers.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and visitors upon entering the boutique
- Offer and provide customers with hot and cold refreshments
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
- Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate Sales Consultant
- Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with refreshments
- Take part in events and provide support for in-store promotions
- Administrative duties, including managing the database and responding to emails
Requirements
- Experience in a similar luxury retail environment or beauty counter
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Manage the boutique area and administrative tasks efficiently
- Work collaboratively with management and all team members
