A well-established printing services company are looking for a hands-on and quality-driven Production Supervisor to lead the shift team and execute the production schedule efficiently.
Hours: 10pm to 6am Sunday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating the team to ensure daily targets are met
- Monitoring the production schedule, reassigning tasks to prevent bottlenecks and OTIF
- Implementing and enforcing strict QC checks, personally signing off on complex projects
- Supporting the development of operatives, ensuring they are competent in using machinery
- Maintaining a high standard of departmental '5S', ensuring a safe and organised workspace
- Identifying and implementing ways to reduce waste, shorten lead times, and improve RFTH&S ensuring team use PPE/ISO 14001 waste disposal protocols for hazardous materials
- Communicating shift progress, output levels, and any personnel or technical issues to the Production Management team
Requirements:
- Previous experience leading a team in a manufacturing or production
- Experience in Print production or sign-making highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-defect mindset for Quality Control
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to stay calm and lead a team through high-pressure, deadline-driven shifts
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills for reporting and team briefings
- A self-starter who looks for solutions rather than just reporting problems
