A sustainable branding and signage solutions company are looking for a proactive and organised HR Assistant to support the day-to-day delivery of HR across the business.
Benefits
- £15.00 per hour, 24 hours per week
- 9.30am – 3.30pm, 4 days per week

Responsibilities
- Draft employment contracts, offer letters and contractual amendments
- Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date
- Support with reviewing and refreshing HR policies and procedures
- Assist with HR audits and compliance checks
- Manage onboarding process from offer through to start date
- Prepare new starter documentation and right to work checks
- Manage offboarding including resignation acknowledgements
- Process leaver documentation and final paperwork
- Support exit interviews and feedback tracking
- Provide first-line HR advice on basic queries (absence, conduct, etc.)
- Support with ER casework including notetaking and documentation
Requirements
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards)
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or assistant role
- Good understanding of UK employment law basics
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communicator with a practical, common-sense approach
