A well-established British vegan and cruelty free colour cosmetic company are seeking a dynamic National Account Executive to build and nurture relationships with key retail partners both in-store and online.
Benefits
- Up to £50,000 basic salary per annum

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact and ensure accounts are supported and aligned with targets
- Devise and execute sales strategies aligned with brand goals and retailer JBPs
- Co-ordinate promotional plans with the sales and marketing teams
- Ensure retail partners’ product stands are well-presented and updated regularly
- Lead comprehensive sales performance analysis, using MS Excel as a key tool
- Prepare detailed reports, share results, insights, at cross-functional sales meetings
- Ensure that data-driven decisions guide strategy and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce accurate sales forecasts
- Monitor promotional budgets and manage spend to optimise ROI
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
- Present sales reports and market insights at regular meetings
Requirements
- Proven track record in national account management within the beauty industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Charts
- Strong sales analysis and reporting skills, able to turn data into insights/presentations
- Experience managing POS materials, product displays, and stand merchandising
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with major high‑street retailers is preferred
