Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Jewellery Sales Consultants
- Leading by example ensuring the team are motivated and working to high standards
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times to all customers
- Driving sales through strong product knowledge and passion for the items
- Maintaining excellent standards of personal presentation reflective of the brand
- Perform admin duties and manage staff rota to ensure store is always covered
- Being highly responsible and vigilant with regard to personal and store security
- Attend necessary training courses required by the watch and jewellery brands
Requirements
- Experience in luxury jewellery and watch sales
- A minimum of 2 years people management experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
