12 Month FTC Legal Coordinator/Team PA for Media Firm Near Covent Garden £30-40k

This wonderful, innovative, highly renowned media firm near Covent Garden is looking for a Legal Coordinator/Team PA to work within their legal team for a 12-month FTC. They are looking for someone with at least two years’ experience to join them and assist the team with administrative and legal support. This is a really great place to work, where people are busy but very friendly and supportive. You will be able to learn a great deal, and the main requirements are that they find someone meticulous, professional, reliable, and hard working. A degree is essential, and experience within professional services would be highly advantageous. They are looking for someone to join them ASAP and become a valued member of the team.

The duties will include but not be limited to:

Contracts Support

1. Tracking the contracts to ensure they get approval from all relevant parties, are signed off and uploaded correctly.
2. Using their contract management system to keep on top of all new contracts (roughly 5/day).
3. Liaising with all the relevant parties, dealing with external stakeholders to get signatures where needed.
4. Being meticulous, organised, and proactive.
5. Enjoying quite a methodical process and managing time effectively.

Team Support

1. Diary management for the team of lawyers.
2. Responding to emails on their behalf.
3. Assisting with technical issues that might arise.
4. Booking meetings and planning travel.

This is a wonderful role, working within a great team, getting exposure to media and interacting with high profile people. As such, it requires someone discreet, who is a team player, able to prioritise their workload, push back when needed, and is methodical in their approach to tasks.
