Job Description

Our client is a private equity and investment firm, focused on critical minerals development and sustainability.  The Founder is an impressive and incredibly busy individual, needing a resilient, 24/7 Private PA. The role is based from their beautiful offices in Green Park, working with a great team but the role is demanding and incredibly varied and requires someone happy to respond to urgent issues any time of the day or night, who likes being a right hand support and always being one step ahead of any personal matters. The Principal is supported by two people and this role focusses on the personal support while the other EA provides business support. You will cover for each other when needed and work closely together to ensure the Founder’s life runs smoothly. She has a large property portfolio, so someone used to overseeing house renovations, liaising with designers and project managers and managing household staff, would be ideally suited to this role. As she is often travelling, her PA needs to be happy working autonomously and to be very proactive. Duties will include but not be limited to:

Household Management:

  • Oversee renovations of properties; liaising with interior designers, builders and project managers.
  • \\n

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • Oversee the management of the global residences and daily household operations.
  • \\n\\t

  • Coordinate services by liaising with suppliers, contractors, and household service providers to ensure smooth operation and functionality of all systems.

Diary & Schedule Management:

  • Maintain a meticulously organised and dynamic calendar, managing appointments, travel arrangements, and reservations.
  • \\n

\\n\\n

Travel Management:

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • Plan and coordinate extensive global travel for the Principal, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage last-minute changes.
  • \\n\\t

  • Arrange itineraries, accommodation, visas, ground transportation, and staff logistics.
  • \\n

\\n\\n

Event Coordination:

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • Manage the organisation and coordination of logistics for private events.
  • \\n

\\n\\n

Financial Oversight:

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • Monitor household budgets and expenses.
  • \\n\\t

  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments as required.
  • \\n\\t

  • Purchasing of luxury goods and sourcing of gifts and merchandise for the Principal.
  • \\n

\\n\\n

\\n\\n

\\n\\n

A minimum of 5 years + solid, private PA experience managing properties and supporting a HNWI is essential and this role would suit someone with experience within luxury goods for the personal shopping element.
