Job Description
This well established, successful investment management firm in Mayfair is looking for a Client Services Executive to support two Portfolio Managers with comprehensive support. The role would suit someone with a couple of years experience within financial services, support Portfolio Managers or similar, wanting to progress their career within finance. The role will involve:

Communicating with external service providers
\\n–
\\nProcessing client payments
\\n–
\\nAssisting in the co-ordination of new assets being transferred into client accounts
\\n–
\\nCo-ordination of credit documentation and requirements for mortgage
\\n–
\\nAnswering ad-hoc queries from clients and their external advisers
\\n–
\\nCollating Annual Suitability Review documentation/requirements prior to client meetings
\\n–
\\nEnsuring client files are up to date and compliant
\\n–
\\nInitiating various processes through the workflow system
\\n–
\\nInstructing changes to client and portfolio static data
\\n–
\\nSubject matter expert in all items related to client administration
\\n–
\\nCompletion of simple IRS tax forms
\\n–
\\nProviding guidance to junior members of staff
\\n\\n
The criteria required for the position is:
\\n\\n
2 years'+ experience working with Ultra High Net Worth clients within a Private Banking or Wealth Management environment
\\n–
\\nExperience of onboarding complex corporate and trust structures for private clients
\\n–
\\nKnowledge of planning products – desired but not essential
\\n–
\\nCommitment to excellence with high levels of data accuracy/a focus on attention to detail
\\n–
\\nExperience of mentoring junior members of staff
\\n–
\\nExceptional communication skills at all levels with the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
\\n–
\\nExtremely well organised with the ability to handle high levels of pressure whilst supporting critical decision-making.
\\n–
\\nHigh integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.
\\n–
\\nEnergetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.

\\nPersonal development – seeks to expand knowledge through interaction with colleagues/attendance at seminars/networking events/ongoing membership of professional bodies/undertaking professional exams
