ANNA is seeking a Night Customer Experience Specialist to support UK customers outside standard hours. You will own cases from initial contact to resolution, handling complex issues with empathy while becoming an expert in ANNA’s onboarding, payments and admin tools.
You will identify pain points and help shape a better support experience, building strong relationships with customers. Night shifts 5:00 PM–2:00 AM, four days on/off, with benefits and learning opportunities.
