The Role: As a Sales Representative, you play an important role in bringing our brand to life on the shop floor. Together with the team, you create an environment where experience, aesthetics and personal attention come together. You are a true brand ambassador and one of the faces of Anna + Nina. With your energy, presence and premium service, you make sure the brand experience is felt in the boutique every day. You are actively involved in sales on a daily basis and play a key role in service, styling and storytelling. You translate the collection into personal and inspiring advice, making sure customers feel seen, inspired and connected to the brand. In addition, you contribute to an energetic, commercial and positive atmosphere on the shop floor and work closely with the team to achieve the best possible results every day.
What will you do?
- You are active on the shop floor every day, combining customer experience, sales and operational support in a dynamic position where no two days are the same.
- You create a warm, personal and distinctive customer experience and know how to turn every customer interaction into an inspiring sales moment.
- You take on a strong host role on the shop floor and lead by example in service, styling and energy.
- You actively contribute to achieving sales and KPI targets.
- In your own sales approach, you focus on conversion, ATV and UPT, recognise commercial opportunities and know how to act on them proactively.
- You think from both a results-driven and customer-focused perspective and contribute to strong sales performance within the boutique.
- You continuously build your product knowledge and use storytelling and styling to bring the collections to life.
- You ensure that every customer experiences a premium and consistent level of service that reflects the world of Anna + Nina.
- Alongside sales, you support the daily operational flow of the boutique. From visual presentation and stock management to stockroom organisation and support during busy moments, you help make sure the store runs smoothly, is well organised and always looks its best.
- You work closely with the team and management, share insights from the shop floor and contribute to a positive, energetic and flexible team culture.
Who are you?
- At least 3 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a service-oriented environment.
- Strong focus on customer contact and sales.
- Commercially minded and motivated by targets and results.
- A naturally welcoming attitude and strong communication skills.
- Hands-on, visible and energetic on the shop floor.
- Affinity with fashion, jewellery and lifestyle.
