Van een Sales assistant bij Anna+Nina wordt verwacht dat je beschikt over een verkoopmentaliteit, een hands-on aanpak en het vermogen om een goede teamspirit te creëren. Samen met het team draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het ontvangen, benaderen en adviseren van klanten op basis van expertise. Wat ga je doen?
Je voert de Anna + Nina strategie uit in de winkel;
- U verwelkomt en adviseert de klanten in de winkel;
- Je verleent klantenservice: face-to-face, per telefoon en via e-mail;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het openen en sluiten van de winkel, de kassa, en de dagelijkse omzet;
- Je rapporteert dagelijks over de resultaten aan de Head of Retail;
- Je zorgt voor een verzorgde uitstraling in de winkel.

- Je bent in staat om verkoopkansen te herkennen
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en luistervaardigheden
- Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en hebt sociale vaardigheden
- Je bent 16 uur per week beschikbaar en bent bereid om in het weekend te werken
- Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar Retail ervaring
