The Role
As Retail Boutique Manager, you play a key role in bringing our brand to life on the shop floor. Together with your team, you create an environment where experience, aesthetics and personal attention come together. You are an important brand ambassador, translating our vision into an inspiring customer experience. You ensure that both the team and the boutiques perform at their best every day, and you are responsible for the commercial and operational success of our boutique in London.
You combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality and know how to naturally bring people along with you. You get energy from the dynamics of the shop floor, move effortlessly between commerce, operations and team development, and work closely with head office to successfully translate initiatives, campaigns and guidelines into daily practice. In addition, as a local hero and the face of the boutique, you are an important representative of the brand, both inside and outside the store.
What will you do?
In this role, you are ultimately responsible for the daily management and performance of our boutique in London. You are visibly present on the shop floor and combine leadership, commerce, customer experience and operations in a dynamic role where no two days are the same. Together with your team, you create a boutique that feels alive: a place where service is personal and genuine, where styling and storytelling come together, and where every customer feels seen and inspired.
You guide, motivate and coach the team in their day-to-day work and create a positive, structured working environment where development is central. You lead by example in service, sales and energy, and encourage the team to bring out the best in themselves every day. You also actively drive commercial results and KPIs such as revenue, conversion, ATV and UPT. You analyse performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into concrete actions on the shop floor to continuously improve results.
You are also responsible for ensuring a strong operational flow across the boutique. From staff planning and labour costs to stock management, cash handling and visual presentation, you make sure everything runs smoothly, is well organised and aligns with brand standards, especially during busy moments. In addition, you are an important link between the team and head office. You share insights from the stores, translate campaigns and guidelines to the shop floor, and help move the brand and team goals forward every day.
Who are you?

- Experience in leading, coaching or guiding a team.
- Commercially strong and driven by results and KPIs.

✨Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems
