Are you a successful recruitment consultant who enjoys winning business and building long-term client relationships, but is ready to move away from the traditional agency environment? I'm recruiting on behalf of a growing South Yorkshire business looking to appoint an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (In-House). This isn't a talent acquisition role, and it isn't a recruitment agency. Instead, you'll join a successful business where recruitment is a core commercial function. You'll continue to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, recruit specialist technical professionals and play an important role in the company's ongoing growth.

You'll have ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs, sourcing and securing high-calibre candidates, and developing long-term commercial relationships. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiter from an engineering, construction, industrial, technical or specialist recruitment background who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment but is looking for a fresh challenge outside the traditional agency model. This is a full-time office-based role in Doncaster, so you'll need to live within a reasonable commuting distance and be happy working from the office Monday to Friday.
