Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive business growth
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline within Engineering and Industrial Services
- Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates in line with client requirements
- Proactively develop business through both telephone and face-to-face engagement
- Maintain accurate records and deliver a professional, consultative service at all times
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment
- Demonstrable track record of billing success
- Background within Engineering, M&E, or Construction sectors is desirable
- Strong business development skills with the ability to win and retain clients
- Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, driven, and commercially focused
