Due to the continued expansion of their Yorkshire offices, they are keen to invest in and grow their footprint in South Yorkshire, and are looking for a talented recruiter to take on a lead role across this region. You will be part of a very well established team of recruiters who have a strong track record and client base in Yorkshire, with the support, resources and reputation to help you thrive in this market.
The Role
You will be a key part of a team that discovers and engages exceptional talent for a demanding client base. Solving hiring challenges and enabling outstanding careers which will give you genuine job satisfaction.
- On an ongoing basis identify, source and approach the very best talent around. Constantly regenerating the network of active and passive candidates via soft referrals, networking and headhunting
- Develop effective and original routes to market via social networking and relevant interest groups
- Meet candidates; judging their suitability for roles, preparing them for interview, offering career advice and guidance
- Attend client meetings and presentations
- Market map and identify potentially suitable candidates from their network, CRM system, LinkedIn, industry associations and market knowledge
- Work closely with Consultants to build long and short lists and attend subsequent interviews
- Networking, marketing and face to face meetings
- Most importantly, build trust and establish ongoing relationships with candidates
Events
- Work with the Yorkshire Team to plan, co-ordinate, deliver and attend social and added value client and candidate events. Previous events include round table dinners, co-hosted FD Breakfasts, Career development seminars, clay pigeon shooting, wine tasting, curry nights and 11 a side matches at professional football stadiums to name but a few.
