My client is seeking a proactive, sales-driven Education Recruitment Consultant to join their highly successful South Yorkshire team—winners of Team of the Year 2024, with their manager also named Manager of the Year! You’ll be part of a dynamic team with huge potential for success.
About the Role:
- As a 360° recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment process, building strong relationships with schools and senior leaders to support their supply staffing needs. This includes:
- Business development - Driving sales and engaging with schools to secure new partnerships
Candidate sourcing - Finding and onboarding top talent for both daily and long-term supply placements
Managing bookings - Overseeing supply placements, handling queries, and ensuring smooth service delivery
Marketing & outreach - Creating CVs, promoting vacancies, and attending job fairs/events to attract new talent
