Are you an experienced Legal or Finance Recruiter looking for a predominantly remote role?

We are looking for a proven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing specialist recruitment business.

We are a premium recruitment brand specialising in the Legal and Financial sectors, and we're looking for an experienced recruiter who knows their market, has a strong track record and can take ownership of a desk.

This is an opportunity to work predominantly remotely, with just an initial induction at our Sheffield office and one day per month in the office thereafter.

The desks

We are currently looking for experienced recruiters across:

• Locum Legal Recruitment
• Permanent / Warm Legal Recruitment
• Accountancy Practice / Finance Recruitment

These are warm and established desks, giving you the opportunity to build on existing relationships rather than starting from scratch.

The role

You'll be responsible for managing and growing your specialist desk, including:

• Managing and developing existing client relationships
• Identifying and winning new business
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Advising clients on recruitment, salaries and market trends
• Developing your specialist market
• Working towards and exceeding fee and KPI targets
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

About you

This is not a junior or transactional recruitment role.

We're looking for a seasoned recruitment professional with proven experience within Legal or Finance recruitment.

You'll ideally have:

• A strong track record in recruitment and demonstrable billing success
• Excellent knowledge of your specialist market
• An established client and/or candidate network
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage your own desk autonomously
• A commercially driven and results-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work effectively and independently from home
• A good sense of humour
