I’m recruiting for a fantastic Client Experience Administrator opportunity with an established and highly regarded wealth management business based in Sheffield. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some previous administration or office-based experience who is looking to build a career within financial services. You do not need previous financial services experience — full training will be provided. You could be a recent graduate with some work experience, have a couple of years’ administration experience, or currently be working in customer service or an office environment and looking for your next career move.
About the role
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers.
- Dealing with queries from advisers and clients.
- Preparing and coordinating documentation for new business.
- Liaising with pension and investment providers.
- Keeping advisers and clients updated on progress.
- Preparing client packs for meetings.
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems.
- Ensuring documentation is complete and files are maintained correctly.
- Supporting the wider Private Client team with general administration.
You’ll receive full training and support as you develop your knowledge of financial services, pensions and investments.
About you
- Experienced in an administration, office or customer service environment.
- Professional, confident and articulate.
- Comfortable communicating with people at all levels.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- A good team player who is also able to work independently.
- Proactive, reliable and keen to learn.
- Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
A willingness to learn is far more important than previous financial services experience. You’ll also be supported through a basic financial services examination during your first three months.
