They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team. Are you an experienced recruitment professional currently working in the HGV sector? Do you have a knack for sales and a drive to excel? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Within this Senior Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for; * Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services * Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time * Maintaining strong relationships in the market * Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant * Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the company client base. * Source candidates from a variety of channels including searching job boards, social media, attending networking events, and candidate referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates. * Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and salary benchmarks to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates. Requirements for this Senior Recruitment Consultant HGV role; * A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment consultant position. * Full UK Driving Licence * Sales Experience * In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and placing candidates * Attention to detail and ability to analyse information * Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential.
