This is a 360-role that will involve managing workload from sourcing through to placement.
Key Responsibilities- Expected to proactively reach out to clients to form / strengthen relationships, with the goal of maximising sales and securing on-going business.
- Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels, including networking, referrals, job boards and social media platforms.
- Posting job adverts and responding to incoming job applications. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills and fit for specific roles.
- Providing expert guidance and support to clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search process, including interview preparation, and career advice.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation, placement and beyond.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and strategies for success.
