Join our Retail Operations team as a Visual Merchandising Manager. This role will take the lead in delivering the visual strategy, elevating the customer experience in-store and maximising commercial performance. Accountable for the full 360 delivery of VM; from planning and execution of campaigns to the creation of tools, training of Retail teams and effective management of visual trials and projects.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative and commercial with a natural flair for building relationships and influencing at all levels across the business.

A bit about the role:

  • Accountable for the VM focuses in line with the trading calendar to ensure timely planning and delivery.
  • Analyse weekly trade reports to make data-driven decisions that boost footfall and sales.
  • Oversee execution of all window campaigns, including store feedback and sign off process.
  • Manage head office mock-up space for stakeholder sign-offs on key VM campaigns.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess VM standards, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver brand-aligned VM guidelines and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance in-store customer experience.
  • Lead and support VM projects aligned with retail strategy, ensuring commercial viability.
  • Monitor and manage VM budgets, including invoice processing, cost tracking, and reporting and necessary overspend.
  • Initiate and support the delivery of local marketing initiatives, store events, and new store openings/refits.
  • Lead and develop regional VM Specialists, upskilling them to ensure consistent execution and training via Thrive.
  • Represent VM in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment with project briefs and brand standards.
