Third Party Admin Assistant – Wholesale Direct Fulfilment Team

Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.

We work in a competitive hybrid working model, with 2 core days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

Thanks to our continued success, we’ve got a brand-new opportunity in our brilliant Wholesale Direct Fulfilment team. We’re on the lookout for a superstar Third Party Admin Assistant to help keep everything ticking along smoothly behind the scenes.

If you’re the kind of person who is super organised, has excellent attention to detail and is always one step ahead. Thriving in a fast‑paced environment is key, as well as building relationships and acting as the initial point of contact for all departmental communication.

What you can expect from the role

  • Assist with day‑to‑day departmental tasks, identifying issues and proposing solutions
  • Support the team to deliver department KPIs by helping to trade all partner accounts effectively.
  • Conduct regular partner checks to ensure product accuracy and availability.
  • Create and manage purchase and transfer orders, supporting with shipping.
  • Update partner critical paths and systems, ensuring all product launches and promotional activities are on time and accurate across all relevant third‑party websites.
  • Create Monday and monthly trade packs for Partners with clear readable data. Look at performance and collate lessons learnt reports.
  • Build relationships and act as the initial point of contact for all departmental communication.
  • Take an interest in industry developments, develop your knowledge and share customer insight/feedback with team members.
  • Champion Ann Summers’ brand values and contribute to a positive team culture
