We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Channel Optimisation merchandising team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data accuracy, enjoys working with numbers, and is confident using Excel and internal systems. You'll play a key part in supporting product launches, stock management, and reporting, while collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of sales orders and reservations.
- Create and manage sales orders and product reservations.
- Update product launch dates across key systems.
- Monitor stock levels to meet availability targets.
- Report on allocations and maintain departmental trackers.
- Support the Assistant Merchandiser in identifying missed opportunities and optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular website checks to ensure product accuracy and availability.
- Assist with day-to-day departmental tasks, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Act as the go-to contact for internal queries.
- Champion Ann Summers' brand values and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
