MERCHANDISING ADMIN ASSISTANT

Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.

We work in a competitive hybrid working model, with 2 core days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

What you can expect from the role…

  • Work closely with the Assistant Merchandiser for smooth product launches.
  • Raise and reserve sales orders.
  • Closely monitor orders to ensure they meet the delivery SLA’s.
  • Run sizing analysis and suggest size breakdowns for orders.
  • General administration and the day to day running of the lingerie department.
  • Take ownership of the creation of our Monday trade packs.
  • Assist the team to support with department KPI’s.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and seasonal reports for the team.
  • Build strong relationships with our Partners.
